In addition to the mentioned location, it owns a production plant in Sveti križ Začretje.
History
Macel plin Ltd. was founded in 2002 with the aim of providing services in the field of gas management. In its beginnings, the company was primarily oriented towards the sale of measuring-reduction equipment, and in a relatively short period of time, at the beginning of 2004, the first team for the service of measuring-reduction equipment was formed. In the period from 2004 to 2007, the company increasingly employed highly educated staff and, in addition to sales, service and maintenance services, began to offer design, assembly and delivery services for its products.
In 2007, the company Macel plin delivered its first metering and reduction station, MRS Kršan.In 2008, the company participated in the procurement of equipment for the construction project of the gas pipeline system of the Republic of Croatia, investor Plinacro Ltd.In 2011, after obtaining certification from the Croatian Accreditation Agency, the company’s services began to include the testing of safety valves.In 2013, the company Macel plin delivered its first compressed gas station (CNG) – Energo Rijeka, on a “turnkey” basis.
After the Republic of Croatia joined the European Union, as part of one of the regulatory changes, the distribution of gas according to its quality and composition began. Since 2015, as a result of the aforementioned regulation, the company has been expanding its activities and participating in the reconstruction and upgrading of the gas quality measurement system, starting with the production and delivery of devices for measuring and collecting data on gas quality in transport networks – chromatographs.
